Global Knowledge reserves the right to cancel the scheduled classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customer cancellations made after registration are subject to the following charges/conditions:

25% of the course fee – Five working days from training date

100% of the course fee – Less than five working days from training date

Substitutions or rescheduling of course date can be made by providing at least 6 working days' notice to Global Knowledge

Subsequent or a 2nd rescheduling for the same account or trainee will be treated as cancellation and subject to full course fees.
